How to Change Default Screen Resolution on Samsun Galaxy Note 20 Ultra
Step 1: Swipe down the top of the screen to access the notification panel and touch the “Settings” icon.
Step 2: Scroll down and touch on “Display”.
Step 3: Touch on “Screen resolution”.
Step 4: Select a resolution from “HD+ (1544×720), FHD+ (2316×1080), or WQHD+ (3088×1440)”.
Step 5: Touch on “Apply” button.
You can see this pop-up message: High refresh rate isn’t supported in WQHD+ resolution. Your screen will change to a standard refresh rate.
Step 6: Touch OK.
How to Change Screen Refresh Rate on Galaxy Note 20 Ultra
Galaxy Note 20 ultra will automatically set a screen refresh rate using your screen resolution. You can choose from the Adaptive refresh rate (120Hz) or Standard refresh rate (60Hz).
Step 1: Launch the Settings app.
Step 2: Touch Display.
Step 3: Touch Motion Smoothness.
Step 4: Adjust refresh rate from the default set Adaptive (120Hz) or Standard (60Hz) for better battery life.
Step 5: Click on Apply button.
