How to Enable Call Forwarding in Pixel 4a

Here’s how to enable call forwarding in Google Pixel 4a (5G). You can use call forwarding to forward calls on Pixels when someone calling you and you’re phone number unanswered, unreachable, or when busy. Also, enable always forward calls to another number in your Pixels running stock Android 11 OS devices. You can turn on call waiting in Pixel 4a to notify you of incoming calls when talking with another person.

How to Activate Call Forwarding on Google Pixel 4a 5G

You can add a phone number or select from phone contacts and set call forwarding in your Google Pixel 4a 5G.

Step 1: Swipe up from the bottom to access the app drawer and tap on the “Phone app” in your Pixels.

Step 2: Click on “Three vertical dots (More)” at the upper right side.

Step 3: Click “Settings”.

Step 4: Touch on “Calls”.

Step 5: Touch on “Call forwarding”.

Below given four options are available in your Pixels.

 

Always forward: All your phone calls forwarding to this number you add.

When busy: When you busy with another phone call, it will divert it to this number.

When unanswered: When you can’t answer your calls, it will forward to the number you add.

When unreachable: When you’re unreachable because of a poor network signal or other issues, it will forward the call to the added number.

Step 6: We choose “Always forward” here.

Step 7: Tap the “Contact” icon to add a number from the phone list.

Step 8: Click on “TURN ON”.

You can see forward all call notifications on your Pixels status bar.

Step 5: Tap on “Additional settings”.

Caller ID and Call waiting options are available.
