Apply below given possible methods to fix the dual app issue.

Trick 1: Toggle off and back on again

Go to Settings > Apps > Dual apps > Select the app and toggle off and back on again. Repeat this process.

Trick 2: Click on the Original icon

Often even after downloading the dual app it does not open.  The easiest way to solve this is to click on the original app.  Doing so will send a pop-up message asking if you want to go to the dual app or the original app?  Tap on the dual app.
