First of all, enable developer mode in your Xiaomi Mi 10T series using the below-given steps:

Step 1: Pull down the notification tray and touch on the “Setting gear” icon.

Step 2: Click on “About phone”. 

Step 3: Click on “MIUI version”.

Step 4: Touch on “7 times on MIUI version” OR touch on MIUI  version until see “you are now a developer!” message on the screen.
