Step 1: Pull down the notification panel at the top and touch the “Settings gear (Cog)” icon.

Step 2: Touch on “About phone”.

Step 3: Touch on “Factory reset”.

Step 4: Click on “Erase all data”.

Step 5: Touch on “Factory reset”.

Step 6: Touch on “Next”.

Step 7: Touch on “OK”.

Step 8: Wait until reboot your device.

Step 1:Press and hold the power button and volume up button simultaneously” until view the Redmi logo.
