Step 1: Pull down the Notification bar from the top and press on the Settings gear (cog) icon.

Step 2: Scroll down and press on System.

Step 3: Touch on Reset options.

Step 4: Press on Erase all data (Factory reset).

You can view the system data and turn on erase internal storage in your smartphone.

Step 5: Click on Erase all data.

Step 6: Click on Confirm.

Step 7: Press again on Erase all data.

Step 1: Click on the Power button on your OnePlus device.

Step 2: Press the Power button.

Step 3: Touch on Power off.

Step 4: Long-click the Power button & volume down button until the OnePlus logo appears on the screen.

Step 5: Enter your PIN or Password and press OK.

Step 6: Choose Language.

Step 7: Touch on Wipe data and cache.

Step 8: Tap on Erase everything (Music, Pic, etc.)

Step 9: Tap on Erase all.

Step 10: Tap on Reboot.
