Solution 1: Check for App Update 

Step 1: Open the Play Store to check for app updates.

Step 2: Press on the Profile icon at the top-right corner.

Step 3: Choose the Manage apps & devices option.

Step 4: Tap on Update all.

Solution 2: Update your Software 

Step 1: Go to the Settings to Update Software in Redmi Note 11 Pro.

Step 2: Tap on About phone.

Step 3: Tap the MIUI version Step 4: your Redmi Note 11 Pro will be scanned out. Now, install updates if there are available. 

Solution 3: Clear App Cache and Data

Step 1: Open the Settings to clear the app cache and data.

Step 2: Press on Apps.

Step 3: Press on Manage apps.

Step 4: Choose the app.

Step 5: Press on Clear da.

Step 6: Press on Clear cache and tap on OK.

Clear App Data: Open the Settings > Apps > Manage apps > App > Storage > Clear data > Clear all data.

Solution 4: Enable Safe Mode

Step 1: Long press Power button until appearing power menu.

Step 2: Click on Power off.

Step 3: Click the Power off button.

Step 4: Press on the power button until the logo view on the screen.

Step 5: When you see the MIUI logo on the mobile display, long click the volume down button until you view the safe more icon at the bottom left side of the screen.

Step 6: Open your Redmi Note 11 Pro, and you can see delete all third-party apps.

Solution 5: Using Force Stop

Step 1: Tap on the Settings icon.

Step 2: Press on Apps.

Step 3: Press on Manage apps.

Step 4: Select an App.

Step 5: Press on Force stop.

Step 6: Press on OK.

Solution 6: Delete and Reinstall App

Step 1: Go to the App Tray.

Step 2: Click and hold the app you want to delete from your device.

Step 3: Click on Uninstall or Delete.

Reinstall App:

Step 1: Open the Play store app to Reinstall the app.

Step 2: Press on the Search bar.

Step 3: Enter the name of the required app and press the search icon to reinstall.

Step 4: Select the App you want to install.

Step 5: Click on Install.
