Trick 1: Check for Blocked Number

If you know somebody is sending you a message, but you are not receiving those texts, check to see if the contact number is blocked.

Trick 2: Check the Network Speed

Settings > Display > Status bar > Display network speed >Turn it on.

Trick 3: Disable Airplane Mode

Pull down Notification panel > Disable Airplane mode.

Trick 4: Update your OnePlus

Choose the Settings app > System > System update > Wait a few seconds to see a screen showing the latest update > Follow the instruction to install and update.

Trick 5: Update your Texting App

Step 1: Go to the Google play store.

Step 2: At the top right side, click the Profile icon.

Step 3: Tap on Manage apps & device and click on Update.

Trick 6: Clear the App Cache

Touch on Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps > Three vertical dots (more) > Show system > Touch on SMS App from the list > Storage & cache > Clear cache.

Trick 7: Mobile Data Should Be On

Swipe down the Notification bar > Tap on the mobile data option to turn it on.

Trick 8: Remove SIM card & Re-insert

Step 1: Make sure that your smartphone is powered off.

Step 2: Open the SIM card drawer on the bottom of the smartphone with the RemovalTool.

Step 3: Take the SIM card drawer out of the smartphone.

Step 4: Place SIM in the SIM card tray (gold contacts facing up).

Step 6: Reinsert the SIM card slot into the OnePlus Nord 2.

Trick 9: Reset Network Settings

Tap on the Settings icon > System > Reset > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > Reset settings > Again tap on Reset settings.
