Here’s how to turn on always on ambient display in OnePlus 8T. By default turned off this feature. When enabling always-on display in your OnePlus 8T Oxygen OS, you can see messages, battery percentage, temperature, date & time, and other information on your AOD screen. This feature consumes battery extensively. You can also show music, upcoming events, show or hide fingerprint icons, display messages, and show notifications on the ambient display always on.
How to Enable Always on Ambient Display on OnePlus 8T
Step 1: Pull down the notification tray at the top and touch on the “Settings gear (Cog)” icon.
Step 2: Scroll down and touch on “Display”.
Step 3: Scroll and touch “Ambient display”.
Step 4: Touch “Always-on ambient display”.
By default set it off on your devices. Also, set a schedule to automatically activate always-on ambient display in your OnePlus 8T.
Step 5: Choose “All day”.
