Step 1: Pull down the notification tray from the top and touch on “Settings gear (Cog)” icon.

Step 2: Scroll down and touch the “System & updates”.

Step 3: Touch on “System navigation”.

Step 4: Choose from “Gestures (We choose) or Three-key navigation”.

Step 5: Touch on “Settings”.

Step 6: Toggle on “Swipe across bottom to switch apps”.

Back: Swipe in from the left or right edges to return to the previous screen.

Home: Swipe up from the bottom to go to home screen.

Recent tasks: Swipe up from the bottom and hold to view recent tasks.

Switch between apps: Swipe across the bottom edge of the screen to switch between apps.

How to Change the Navigation Bar Button (Three Button Navigation) on Huawei P40 Pro+/P40 Pro/P40

Step 1: Go to “Settings”.

Step 2: Scroll and touch on “System & updates”.

Step 3: Touch the “System navigation”.

Step 4: Choose “Three-key navigation”.

Step 5: Touch “Settings” to change the navigation bar button order in your Huawei P40 series.
