Ensure your device is in pairing mode. 

Restart the Samsung Device

Long-press the side key and volume down button simultaneously until you view the power menu.

Touch the Restart.

Touch again the Restart to restart your Samsung S24 device.

Turn the Bluetooth On/Off

Pull down the notification shade at the top and tap Bluetooth to turn it off. After 10 seconds, click on Bluetooth to turn it on and try to pair.

Turn Off Flight Mode (Airplane Mode)

Pull down the notification from the top and tap Flight mode to turn it off. Turn on Bluetooth, scan the device, and try to pair.

Check for Software Update

Make sure your Samsung device is updated with the latest system software.

Go to Settings.

Scroll down and touch the Software update.

Clear the Bluetooth Cache Samsung

Go to Settings.

Scroll and touch Reset.
