Restart your S24

Restart your phone to fix the cellular data connectivity problem. Long-press your power button > Tap Restart > Restart.

Turn the Airplane Mode On & Off

Suppose your Samsung phone faces a poor or dropped network signal, pull down the notification shade from the top and touch the flight mode. Turn it until 10 seconds and turn it off. Now, check to fix the mobile data issue.  

Check your Network Signal

Check the network signal strength on your phone. If you have a poor network signal, can’t use cellular data, or have a slow internet problem on your phone. Find a nearby place with a good network strength to fix the poor network connectivity problems.

Check the System Update

Ensure the latest Samsung software update is installed on your device. You can check it by going to Settings > Software update > Download and Install.

Switch Between Network Mode

If you’ve recently connected your Samsung S24 device to a 5G connection, switch the network mode to 4G LTE.

Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Choose LTE/3G/2G.

Reset Mobile Network Settings

When you reset your Samsung mobile network settings, it will default delete all your mobile data network settings. 

Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset mobile network settings > Reset settings > Unlock the Device > Reset.

Remove and Re-insert the SIM Card

Remove your phone SIM card and clean it using a soft cloth. Restart your S24 phone, insert the SIM card again, and check to fix the mobile data problem. If you still face the issue, check if the SIM is damaged. 

Reset Your APN Settings

If you’ve recently changed your phone’s carrier, check or reset the APNs. To reset APN settings on the Samsung S24 series, go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Tap the Access point names > More (Three vertical Dots) at the top right corner > Reset to default.
