Restart Your Phone

One standard solution for any issues is to restart or reboot your Samsung devices. To do so, Pull down the notification shade at the top > Power button > Restart > Restart. Restarting your phone will fix minor bugs and improve your phone’s performance. After restarting, try connecting to your WiFi network and checking to fix the Samsung WiFi issue. Also, use the side key to reboot or turn off your Samsung Galaxy.

Check Your Samsung Phone or WiFi Problem

Enter the correct WiFi password. Connect your WiFi to another Android device or laptop & check for a phone or WiFi problem. Try turning the WiFi on and off and checking to connect to the WiFi network.

Restart Your Router

Power off the WiFi router and then on again, or Unplug it from the power outlet for 15-20 seconds. Plug the power cable back in and power on the router. Wait until the router lights turn on and try to connect to your WiFi network. 

Turn Flight Mode (Airplane Mode) On & Off 

Swipe down the notification shade and tap Flight mode or Airplane mode to turn it on or off. If your Samsung S24 ultra has a poor WiFi signal or slow internet connection, turn on the airplane mode for 5-10 seconds. After that, please turn it off & connect with your WiFi network. 

Remove Connected WiFi Network & Reconnect

Go to Settings.

Touch the Connections.

Touch WiFi.

Touch the Settings gear icon of the connected WiFi network you want to remove.

Touch Forget at the bottom right corner.

Now, go to the WiFi setting, enter your WiFi password, and connect it to fix the WiFi connection issue on the Samsung device.

Turn Off Switch to Mobile Data

Go to Settings.

Click on Connections.

Touch the WiFi.

Touch on More (Three vertical dots) in the upper right corner.

Touch the Advanced.

Toggle off Switch to mobile data.

Reset the Network Settings

It will reset all your Samsung phone’s network settings, including saved WiFi networks, Bluetooth pair, Mobile data settings, etc.

Go to Settings.

Touch General Management.

Touch Reset.

Touch Reset network settings.

Touch Reset settings.

Unlock your Samsung phone.

Tap Reset

Check for Software Update

Go to Settings.

Click Software update.

Click on Check for updates.

Click Download and install updates.

Download and install it if your Samsung S24 series system updates are available.

Contact Your Internet Service Provider
