Step 1: Click on the Power button on your OnePlus device.

Step 2: Press on Power button.

Step 3: Touch the Power off.

Step 4: Long-click the Power button & volume down button until the OnePlus logo appears on the screen.

Step 5: Enter your PIN or Password and press OK.

Step 6: Choose a Language.

Step 7: Touch on the Wipe data and cache.
