You can find network reset settings in system settings on all Pixel devices running stock Android 10/11 version. (Compatible with Google Pixel, Pixel XL, Pixel 2, 2 XL, Pixel 3a, 3a XL, Pixel 4, 4 XL, and upcoming Pixel 5).

Step 1: Pull down the Notification panel from the top and touch on the “Settings gear (Cog)” icon.
