Step 1: Pull down the Notification panel from the top and touch on the “Settings gear (Cog)” icon.

Step 2: Scroll down and touch on “System”.

Step 3: Touch on “Reset options”.

Step 4: Touch “Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth”.

Step 5: Touch on “Reset settings”.

Step 6: Confirm your screen lock.

Step 7: Click on the “Reset settings” button at the bottom right.
